Instructions to use

Here are some instructions on how to use the device:

  • Turn on the watch by pressing and holding the power button until the screen lights up.

  • Connect to a Wi-Fi network by going to the settings menu and selecting Wi-Fi. Choose the network you want to connect to and enter the password if prompted.

  • Insert a 4G-supported SIM card if you want to use cellular data. Make sure the SIM card is activated and has sufficient balance.

  • To send a lockdown alert, press the Send Alert button from the main screen of the watch & then choose the type of alert and send. The alert will be sent to the designated contacts and they will be notified of the lockdown.

  • To receive emergency alerts, the watch will vibrate and display the alert on the screen and also the sound will be played on the watch. You can then take appropriate action as needed.

  • You can also send Customized Alerts to the users.

  • The watch has a built-in battery, but you can charge it using the included charging cable. Connect the cable to the watch and a power source, such as a USB port or wall adapter.

  • Do not delete, or reset anything from the watch as the texas guardians already set up the watch for the principal with the required settings.

  • If anything is not working, just press the support button to get help.

  • To view alerts, just press the View Alert button to see all the latest reports. On the Map screen, there will be an icon on the top left side to view the details of the reports.
